Scott Pearson is an Associate of Cherokee. Prior to joining Cherokee in 2008, Mr. Pearson was a Senior Associate with Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm that invests in middle market companies. He began his career as an Analyst in the mergers and acquisitions division of First Union Securities (formerly Bowles Hollowell Conner) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Pearson also worked in Kigali, Rwanda as a Technical Advisor for Ikirezi Natural Products, a World Relief affiliated enterprise that produces and sells organic essential oils in cooperation with small farmers. Mr. Pearson received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Virginia where he graduated with distinction and was an Echols Scholar. He and his wife Cindy reside in Raleigh with their son.
