Scott Freeman is a Project Manager for Cherokee’s Engineering and Environmental Management group. Mr. Freeman provides technical expertise, project management and environmental insurance support for all phases of brownfield investments, including acquisition and deal underwriting through site restoration, infrastructure construction and sale or transfer. He has more than 25 years of experience in environmental engineering and construction on restoration projects. Mr. Freeman is a registered Professional Engineer with specific expertise in soil and groundwater remediation technologies, including: wetlands restoration, large-scale facility decommissioning and demolition, roadways and drainage, process/treatment systems, and landfill design, operation and closure. Mr. Freeman earned an MS in Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
